Enrolling for Multi-Factor Authentication

1. When you get to the internet banking sign on page, click on “Click here to enroll for Multi-Factor Authentication”
2. Enter your member number (account number)
3. Enter your internet banking password using the virtual keyboard on the screen.  You must click directly on the letters/numbers in your password.  If your password is lower case use the lower case letters, same for upper case.
4. Enter the security code (4 digit number) that you see at the bottom using the keyboard on your computer.
5. Click Submit
6. Then you will see drop boxes to your left, choose 5 challenge questions from the list.  Enter one question in each of the drop down boxes to the left and input your answers to the right.  It is imperative that you remember these answers as we do not have access to your answers.
7. Where it says security image, enter any word that is at least 6 characters.  This is an image that will appear to show you that you are on our internet banking site.
8. Click Submit
9. You should now be in to internet banking.

To Login in after you have enrolled

1. Go to internet banking sign on page.
2. Enter your member number (account number)
3. Enter the 4 digit security code that you see
4. Click Sign On
5. You will be asked to answer one of your security questions.
6. Click Submit
7. Use virtual keyboard on the screen to enter your password.
8. Click Submit
9. You should now be in to internet banking
