Mercy-City-Lehigh Family Credit Union does not disclose any nonpublic information about our members and our former members to anyone, except as permitted by law.

Mercy-City-Lehigh Family Credit Union does disclose information we collect, as permitted by law, to the following:  Credit union service provider (if applicable), or other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements; other affiliates to help us administer our business or provide product information to you; an other third parties, but only to administer products and services you obtain from us, to conduct our business (as when we obtain marketing or data processing services), or when legally required.

Through our website, we strive to provide information about how we may serve you.  We do not gather information on individual users on our website.  We do collect and store information about the name of the domain from which you access the internet, the date and time you access our site, and the address of the website from which you linked us.  Other than that, we collect information on visitors only in the aggregate and use it for internal review purposes only,  This information simply enables us to tell which areas of the site are of most interest to our users, which avenues of site promotions are most effective, and when peak usage times are.
